> Adrien Pol,
Adrien is company chairman and a specialist in business communications, with almost 20 years experience in the industry. In 1995 he founded Business Document and he provided the client-server solution needed by over 200 French and international key accounts to manage their interactive document publishing. In 2005 he founded Docxa, to build a response to the current challenges: openness with Internet and multiple customer communication channels, response to enterprise limitations with a reworking of business logic (high added-value models and an agile ‘building-block’ approach). The purpose of this approach is to speed up business conversion cycles.

> Jean-Paul Magis,
Jean-Paul, Associate Director, is a specialist in software and middleware integration projects. At the end of the 1990s he promoted the innovative approach of urbanization and set down the principles of the “Bus Application” on behalf of his employer at the time, the Sopra Group. He was Director of Operations for Axway and contributed to the success of the CFT and “Règles du Jeu” solutions that were the backbone of the company’s expansion. Now with Docxa, he brings all his experience and professionalism to the quality of customer relations and the successful outcome of projects. In particular, he is responsible for developing business in the public sector, health and social services, where he has gained extensive experience over the past ten years.

> Jonathan Gueniot,
Jonathan, Director of R&D and Product Support is an engineering graduate and of the IAE in Paris. He specialized in project management and financial mathematics before co-founding Innovative Group, a start-up focusing on financial management simulations. Since joining Docxa in 2009, he has built up a young, passionate team with genuine expertise in the latest technologies (XML, XSLT, EXTJS (sencha)). With 8 people in R&D, the department develops products with specifications that are validated within an inner circle of clients.

> Philippe Drix,
Philippe is a Doctor in IT engineering. For 18 years he worked as a lecturer and researcher in Software Engineering. He worked for key accounts (Bureau Veritas, Lotus, Coface, Natexis Banques Populaires) before setting up his own software publishing company and the Graphane project for generating and distributing documents. His developments are all based on XML, XSLT and Java. He works alongside Docxa and contributes his expertise in code generation using semi-formal specifications in XML.
He authored the reference work "XSLT Fondamental" published by Eyrolles.
